The thesis did some analysis and research to establish a scientific and reasonable system of index evaluation arming at the actuality that the quality-evaluating methods of reserve drillmasters in driver-training organization of the army being irrational and promotion system not perfect. It can not only provide methods and decision-making basis for driver-training organization of the army to evaluate and select drillmasters of comprehensive quality but also improve new-trained-drivers'training quality. At the same time, it can advance the improvement of auto transportation providing capability.This thesis first analyzed necessity and significance of reserve drillmasters'quality evaluation and selection in military driver-training organizations, researched and analyzed the status of the very field. Secondly, set evaluation indexes initially based on analysis of drillmasters'characteristics and status, and established a system of evaluation indexes by analyzing reliability and validity of the result of indexes questionnaires, then, founded a model of reserve drillmasters'quality evaluation and selection, determined different levels of indexes'weight coefficient in the system of indexes by means of analytic hierarchy process and entropy methods. At last, sequenced and selected the reserve drillmasters in military driver-training organizations using Topsis method.The thesis did some empirical research taking reserve drillmasters of year 2009 in driver and medic training regiment of some group army as research object. According to process and request of reserve drillmasters's quality evaluation and selection,using the evaluation and selection model that the thesis designed, the thesis got a sequence of evaluating and selecting. From the feedback of the army and investigation of evaluation object, We found the evaluation result basically matched the evaluation object's realistic manifestation in the army. And this totally explained that the method, system, and evaluation model this thesis researched and designed are scientific, feasible, and practical.
