Research On The Mode Of Realization And The Minor's Moral Socialization

The research on the process of minor's moral socialization and the mode of realization owns both theoretical and practical significance, which could enrich the system of minor's spiritual and moral education, push the development of further combination that minor's morality be with the society, reinforce the pragmaticality and direction of minor's moral education.Minor's growing is a process of being moral citizen through learning, internalizing and practicing social morality. In different times and area, minor's moral standard goes with era's changes. Our nation has entered into critical stage while building a well-off society in an all-round way, economic structure's reform and political system's reform are deepened continuously, social conflicts appear unceasingly, ethics is facing severe challenges, all these bring forward a new subject to the minor's education of their morality. Social development requests the socialization of minor's morality.Look on"socialization of morality"as point of penetration, exploring the realizable way of socialization of morality. It is to understand the present situation against minor's socialization of morality through empirical study. As a whole, the minor's socialization degree of morality is relatively high, it is embodied in high moral recognition, abundant moral emotion, determined social volition, constantly practice of public virtue and of family virtue. Meanwhile, the investigation shows some disadvantages in the process of minors'moral socialization: disturbance from external environment, imbalance of the development of minor's moral quality, unparallel education of morality under urban and rural structure. This paper is to discuss the essence of moral socialization on the basis of empirical study. It tries to find the staggered characteristics of minor's moral socialization as stage oriented, unity, multi-ends, belligerence, repeatability, practice and the elements effect minor's moral socialization as family, school, network and general mood of society. In view of these acquaintances, it is going to seek ways to realize minor's moral socialization according to strengthening spiritual and moral construction, contributing the moral socialization by taking the lead of moral education, completing moral and legal system and building a long mechanism.
