A Research On The Orientation And Developing Trends Of Zhoushan's NGO

According to the current development of zhoushan's NGO, with reference to the advanced experience in Taizhou, this paper puts forward the orientation of Zhoushan's NGO ,which is based on the developing opportunities and practical conditions ,taking the native developing path. The industry regulatory non-governmental organizations should be expanded according to the industrial structure . When building National Marine Comprehensive Development Experimental Zone, non-governmental organizations relating to the ocean should be expanded. Focusing on creating a comparatively well-off fishery communities, the public welfare non-governmental organizations should be expanded. The developing trends of zhoushan's NGO are the positive interaction between the government and the non-governmental organization. From the view of government and non-governmental organizations, this paper researches the path and conditions to achieve the positive interaction and puts forward the function that Zhoushan's NGO should be gradually charged with.
