The Research Of The Integrated Pathes In The United Front Work Of New Social Stratum

During the 30 years of China's reform and opening-up, with the great changes in social structure , the new social stratum's forming and constituting one of the most powerful parts of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Nowadays, a variety of government departments try to unite the new social stratum by varied means. However, the work is much less efficient than expected due to the decentralized routes and duplicated function. In this case, how to integrate the unity paths of the new social stratum enjoys the priority in our United Front work.According to the public administration theories, this paper starts from the theories of the United Front work and the cause of the new social stratum, searching for the development law and the characteristics of the new social stratum, analyzing the methods we use to integrate the new social stratum nowadays, creatively suggesting the solution to the problems existing. As a conclusion, the proposals are presented in the aspect of mechanisms, organizations and internet-efficiently-use to improve the integrated paths in the United Front work.
