The United Front work has an important position and function in our country.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that "the United Front is an important magic weapon for the success of the Party's cause,and it must be maintained for a long time".Entering the new era,the United Front work is not only the "glue" to consolidate the ruling class foundation of our Party and the grassroots,but also the "booster" to speed up the economic and social development,and the "Navigator" to build a moderately prosperous society in all respects and realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Judging from the reality of the current United Front Work in China,the important content of doing well in the United Front work is to actively mobilize the new social forces.Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,with the rapid development of Chinese social economy,major changes have taken place in the economic fields such as the mode of economic development,the form of ownership,industrial structure and industrial composition,which has promoted the emergence of a new social group.This new social group is dominated by those who choose jobs freely.They have relatively professional knowledge and skills,higher educational level,more advanced coordination and management ability,and they have gradually grown into an important force in the current Chinese society,which is the new social class.With the development in recent years,the strength of the new social class is increasing,the group is expanding,and the status is stable.Therefore,it is necessary and urgent to do a good job in the United Front Work of the new social class.P City is an oil and gas resource-based city in the northeast of Henan Province.It was built in 1988.Although the city was built for a short time,its economy develops rapidly.As the only main urban area of P City,H District has made remarkable achievements in economy and society through the continuous efforts of the district Party committee and the district government over the years.Various social enterprises have emerged,and new social classes have also thrived.It has played a positive role in economic development,political consultation,advice and suggestions,political participation and discussion,poverty alleviation and other aspects,and it has become an important force that cannot ignored.Based on this,H District attaches great importance to the united Front work of new social class and comprehensively strengthens the united Front work of new social strata in the new era in accordance with the Regulations on United Front Work and the spirit requirements of the National Working Conference for New Social strata..H District has set up a new social stratum people's Association,which has built an organizational platform for new stratum people in various industries and fields,and has played a positive role in uniting new social stratum people extensively and carrying out united front work in the new era.This study is divided into four parts,the first part is the connotation and theoretical basis of the United Front Work of the new social stratum,which introduces the connotation and theoretical basis of the new social stratum.The second part takes H District as the research object,analyzes the basic characteristics of the new social stratum,and analyzes the challenges brought by the development and changes of the new social stratum based on the current situation of H District.The third part analyzes the working status of the new social stratum in the H District and narrates a series of measures and results of the united front work in the H District;The fourth part analyzes the problems existing in the United Front Work of the new social class in the H District,and the reasons for the problems;The fifth part,points out the optimization strategies of the United Front Work of the new social class in the H District,including adhering to the main principles,improving the work content and working mechanism,building the brand,strengthening the publicity work,and stimulating the vitality.
