Analysis On Perfecting Our Legel Security Supervision System

This thesis is divided into four parts .The first part is an general discussion of security supervision . The auther give it a definition , and its aim , principals, characteristics.The second part is the legal system of security supervision . Firstly , the author discuss its relationship in order to make some questions clear . secondly , the mode of security supervision. In fact, there are two modes : administration supervision and self-disipline supervision . The administration supervision can also be divided into centralization supervision and assembly supervision . The author compare the modes , and make a conclusion that the modes complement eath other and fuse eath other . No country adopts a single mode .Then , the author discuss the typical countries' supervision mode , such as America England France and Germany .The third part is our present legal system of security supervision . This part first includes the evolution of our legal system , then the outline , mainly discussing the defects . The author think although our legal system of securiry supervision has made a great effct on economics , it has some defects hard to avoid , such as the heavy characteristic of administration , the lack of self-discipline mechanism , and the lack of defending the rights of shareholders.The fourth part is the perfecting of our legal system on security...
