This paper compares FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction with the NEC engineering and construction contract on object in point, applied range, duty and responsibility of each side, corporation principle. It also compares the most important control program, payment process, claims and scope of risk and insurance of the two contracts in detail. Systemic and deep comparing and researching can find difference and rule. This paper brings forward some advice about shortcoming of quality management in our country's construction industry.
