The Study On The Forms Mechanism And The Plan And Design About Historical Block Recreational Business District

The advancement of urbanized tide forces the function of city land to have changed, the central area in the old city history block faces the large-scale relocation transformation. More and more modern metropolis have gradually lost their unique historical and cultural traditions styles. The urban economy development and the historical block protection stand to opposite sides. But at the same time, in the modern metropolis, people are reluctant to leave these ancient Chinese traditional flavor: streets, alleys and courtyard .They hope these memories which were lost back again. So-called "the historical cities" have also lost their traditional style to move towards the modernization. It makes them fall behind the traditionalancient villages and towns and the natural scenic areas actually in the tourism development. They more take on the sole of traveling stopover station and the reception center function. How docs the historical city tourism promote? Under the tendency of old city transformation, how does the historical block protection and the urban economy develop coordinate? The new pattern about historical block protection and transformation is beginning to come.This article took the city of Chengdu, which is both "the historical city" and "the outstanding traveling city" as an example; selected two historical blocks in the old city to be the research objects; used method includes the on-the-spot investigation, the questionnaire survey, the thorough interview as well as the development project research; embarked from the present situation of demands and supplies about Chengdu's city amusement and rest industry; preliminary analyzed the formation mechanism of Chengdu's old city historical block recreational business district (HRBD). And then, it also induced basic rules in the progress to plan and design this kind of recreational block initially by the case analysis. We hope that it will be useful for the project later.The first chapter is to introduce something correlated. Firstly, it introduced the development course of historical block protection. And then, it stood in the new vision field of economical domain to explore the breakthrough point in historical block protection. By carrying on the concepts correlated, it introduced the domestic and foreign RBD research development, and put forward the concept of HRBD and the main research contents.The second chapter is to research the forms mechanism of HRBD. Throughout the environment inspects of Chengdu's city amusement and rest industry, it took one of the model HRBD already appeared at present "Jin-Li" as an example. It discussed this kind of recreational block's develop condition, the present situation as well as the general characteristic. After doing those things, we can establish the perceptual cognition of this kind of recreational block.The third chapter stands in the methodology angle, attempts to through a reappearance of a recreational block's plan and design process to obtain the general procedure and the method for the construction of next similar project. Because of the fact that author's specialized abilityand the actual situation, this article only discusses the first stage--the subject localizationand the concept plan and design stage. This part makes every effort to carry on the proofs in thetwo aspects both theory and practices.Finally, in the conclusion part, it summarized the conclusion, and forecasts the prospects for development of Chengdu's HRBD.
