A Study On Affecting Factors Of RBD's Image & A Tentative Image Designing To The RBD Of Lanzhou City

From a double angle that focus on both urban resident's daily leisure and tourist's tourism requirements, this thesis carries on a study to the affecting factors of RBD's image. Building up a set of index system to estimate RBD's image, and taking Lanzhou RBD as a case to do the proving research.First, the thesis discusses the meaning and importance why author does this research, which is done from backgrounds of city inhabitant's leisure requirement and characteristic, similar-RBD phenomena in common city, image designing field's developing and the more being concerned big-tourism. This is the first part of the thesis, named preface part.The second part of the thesis is the theory foundation the research based on. In this part, theories relative to the research are discussed, such as RBD theories, image designing theories and so on. Some additional exploring is done as well. Especially, comparing to the RBD concept, the thesis introduces a Similar-RBD concept, which is used to explain the recreation, shopping and leisure consumption phenomenon and characteristic in common city, which is also an innovation to the RBD concept on some degree. Meanwhile, the RBD's function, characteristic and compares with some similar function areas are clarified from systematic level in this part, which build a steady theory foundation for proceeding in the thesis.The study on RBD image's affecting factors is the core content of this thesis. Including building RBD Image's Estimating Index System and identifying the weigh of affecting factors, which are the two key steps of the thesis. After analyzing and integrating, 13 factors are confirmed to be the main affecting factors of RBD's image, such as surroundings condition, access possibility, tourist resource, commerce condition, recreation condition, service level, management level, spirit appearance, developing level, humanism care, famous degree and good judgement degree. Separately, these 13 factors affect the RBD's image from perception, strength, appearance and developing images, and form the RBD Image's Estimating Index System in accordance with a certain affecting relationship. Literature searching and Belphi method are used in building RBD Image's Estimating Index System. While, Analytic Hierarchy Process is used in UmsDatal City Planning Model to figure out the affecting factor's weigh, and the results are analyzed and explained after that.
