The Economic Crime Of Big Cooperation And The Social Crisis Of Japan

Since the corruption of the bubble economic, the Japan society experienced great turbulence that have never happened before. The most obvious and direct inflection of the turbulence is the economic. Recently more and more economic crimes are committed; this attracts people's attention and makes people try to find some ways to solve the problem in the law and economic. While in the fact, the result is not very optimistic. After study the society of Japan, the author finds that the frequent out-break of the economic crime has something connecting with the serious social crisis, and the economic crime is not just a illegal economic action. So the author tries to observe the social crisis and the big firms in Japan, hoping this study can offer us a new way to understand the economic crime and solve the problem.Based on the material we have now, the frequent out-breaking of economic crime covers the huge social crisis or we can say the crisis of the post-industrial society. If we can solve the crisis, we can stop the economic crime. The author divides the study into 3 parts. The first, by studying the influence of the economic crime and the social crisis on each other, the author tries to find out the relationship between them; the second, the author tries to find out the reason of the out-breaking of the social crisis which is the root of the economic crime; the third, based on the analyses, the author tries to find some solutions to the social crisis which might be the solution to the economic crime as well.So the essay is divided into three parts:Chapter one: the Japan society with a frequent out-breaking of economic crime. There is no doubt on the important influence to the society of the big firms, which have reached to the depth of the whole society. The author introduces the history, present situation and the future of the economic crime.Chapter two: the social crisis covered by the economic crime. The social crisis and the economic crime has too much in common, they influence each other deeply. By analyses the out-standing case, the author considers the influence of the economic crime and the social crisis on each other.Chapter three: the answer to the problem. The history of the Japan society is the history of the challenges faced by the Japan society. The crisis caused by the economic crime is more than economic problem, it challenges and doubts the spiritual society of Japan. Although the economic crime cause great unstable of the Japan society, it also make the chance of adjust and reconstruction. We should consider these three problems in Japan: education system, the Japan culture and the value and ideal of lifestyle.
