The Metrics And Application Of Management Demarcation

This thesis thoroughly studys blurry questions in enterprise management and suggests that the key to resolve these questions is to accurately differentiate the decarcations in management. In view of the characteristic of quantity of the demarcation, the thesis puts forward an idea of metrics and finds out the measurement to transform the demarcation into a description of the state of management. It can be designed some different management models to different environment by analyzing the change of environment variable. Then the management demarcation as a state-variable which is the token of the state of management is at its best.In theoretical study, the thesis defines the management demarcation and its relevant conceptions by using the definition of demarcation in philosophy and natural science for reference, and establishes the conceptual model and mathematic model of management system and management demarcation system based on Systems Dialectics and Cybernetics. Moreover, the metric theory includes control and feedback of system to expatiate the state and function. Therefore, it is a comparatively integrated metric theory of management demarcation.In applied study, the thesis classifies the demarcations in management and considers the whole as a state-variable set. It also sets up a three-dimensional environment variable set including the key variables denoted the change of management environment and a solution set including effective management methods in correspondence with the model of the system. Whereafter, refering to the thought of TRIZ for solution, it gets the special solutions and designs 64 kinds of management models accordingly. In demonstration, the paper selects two enterprises in different state of management to put the theory into practice in order to prove that the theory is correct and applicable. At the same time, it also helps the manager to learn how to management with this tool.
