Turkey and Iran are both typical regional power, the two sides in the Middle East have a unique status. The two countries have an significant geo-strategic position, comprehensive national strength is living before the Middle East area, have a long history of civilization, are both non-Arab countries, these similar aspects has created extreme complexity of bilateral relations. The complexity of bilateral relations is in the performance of "intrinsic variable" and "extrinsic variable", heterogeneous political culture, Kurdish issue, Competition for hegemony in Central Asia and bilateral economic cooperation-these "intrinsic variable" has determined that the two countries is neither a reliable allies, nor is the sworn enemy of nature; The U.S. ,Russia ,Israel and Arab countries and so on "extrinsic variable" determined that the bilateral relations has constantly subjected to external forces, not accurately reflected the real needs of national interests between the two countries. "intrinsic variable" and "extrinsic variable" together action cause that relations between the two countries showed an spiral tendency moving upward.This thesis is based on mark the outline of Turkey and Iran development of bilateral relations during the post-Cold War areas, tries to identify the factors that impact on the development of bilateral relations and make profound analysis of these factors, which to make a scientific prediction of the future development of relations between the two countries. Because of the two countries have extreme importance in the Middle East, to recognize the present condition and the future orientation can help us better understand the political situation in the Middle East region. It make this thesis is not only possess the specified sense in theory, but also have the specified practical significance.
