View Of Scientific Development And The Research On Strategy Of Western Region's Foreign Capital Utilization

The development and construction of the Chinese western region need huge capital investment. Hence, how to actively and effectively draw on and utilize the foreign capital has become an important issue of the Chinese western region development during a time when both the state and local investment is insufficient.
