Current Situation, Questions And Countermeasures Of Credibility Construction Of Chinese Administration

A normal society, their governments all need to have legitimacy of the minimum limit, namely people have minimum approval and conformity to the government. Looking from essence, this kind of legitimacy of the government's can only stem from administration's credibility. To contemporary Chinese Government, the shortage and promoting the difficulty of administration's credibility, have already become horizontal a bank in front of Chinese Government. Could promote and even cast administration's credibility that it is determined that the government lives or die.With a thought thread of "it is what, why, how do", this thesis can be divided into four parts:The first part exposes meaning of administration's credibility. On this basis, this part analyzes the theoretical foundation and realistic foundation of establishing administration's credibility, and emphasizes the importance of pushing administration's credibility construction on in our country at present.The second part observes and studies the situation of administration's credibility construction in China, listing successes and pointing out the main problems that exist among them. Our government has many aspects that against the requirements of credibility, such as the unstable policies, changeable administration decisions etc. The reasons of these blemishes are many-faceted, and this thesis analyzes them from three aspects including faith, system and supervision.The third part retrospects the development and contents of administration's credibility construction in the West.
