Research For New Supplier Selection Methods Base On Variable Weights Conception

Along with the high speed developing of economy in E-business ages, business competition is not longer live between enterprises, but spread to the all supply chains. To maximize the supply chain benefit, the stable and the efficient supply chain should provided. How to select reasonable suppliers and evaluate their ability will influence whole supply chain's compositive power. Therefore, the critical step in constructing of the supply chain is supplier selection. Traditional theory and methods of supply selection has not been matched to developing demand based on the above background, so we press for advanced theory and methods in supplier selection decision. In most researches of supplier selection presently, there are two problems as follows: 1) Although the way of supplier selection has been made great progress by changing angle from qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis combining qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis is not still enough to get dominance to experience. 2) Concept and model combine decision has been used in classify methods, but these decision result always subjects to determinate weights, not variable weights.
