Research And Implement Of Supplier Selection In Purchasing Decision-making For CALS

Since CALS was proposed in 1985 by the American Department of Defense, its application has been common day by day, and it has become the strategy of the enterprise's full-scale information development. Now the research of its related theory and technology has become the new international hotspot. Through the computer network and CALS standards, customers, producers and suppliers are jointed into a whole, thus the cycle of production and business activity is reduced greatly, the product quality and service are improved, the cost is reduced and the customer's demand is satisfied well. Supplier selection is one of important decision-making questions for CALS purchasing. As the purchasing source, supplier's quality affects the enterprise's product quality, the date of delivery and the competitive power. Especially when the enterprise places its main energy more and more on its core business, contracting non-core business with the supplier, supplier selection appears more importantly. The specific works finished and main innovative contributions of this thesis are as follows:Firstly, in this thesis, the character and the difficulty of global supply chain in CALS are analyzed, the function of CALS in supply chain is narrated, and a supply chain frame based on CALS is put forward. Purchasing decision-making content, characters and standards are expatiated with emphasis, and the relationship between supplier selection, CITIS and CALS purchasing is introduced.Secondly, based on the character and the content of supplier selection in CALS, the selection principle and the step, index weight and the indexes most commonly used today are introduced. Selection methods are elaborated with emphasis, and these methods are analyzed and summarized which the deficiency is pointed out.Thirdly, According to the insufficiencies in the existing supplier selection methods, the model for selecting strategic partners is established by using polychromatic set theory and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process or index-weight method for the first time, in which the polychromatic set theory is used in the primary supplier selection, and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process or the index-weight method is used in the final...
