The quantity of domestic hotels is increasing quickly and the competition is aggravating daily (which is mainly limited to the regional competition). Some cities have even presented price war, reduction malignantly; and the groups of foreign hotels have an optimistic view of the Chinese market and have quickened the steps of entering China.Under this situation, the independent hotels faced the challenge from hotel chains and their sale pattern and distribution channel, which form their strong competition ability undoubtedly. Especially because these hotels belong to different beneficial department and state-owned department, it is difficult to integrate them together. However the development tendency of hotel industry has told us that it will be a dim road without joint. Strategic alliances have given us a feasible reality option for the development of the hotel industry in our country.The external reason for the found of CFHC is from the alliance network to meet for the long-term strategy of competitive pressure. On the internal reason, I adopt the resource-based view to analyze the article that is related.This article also has investigated emphatically in the management system of CFHC about member choice, quit and management cooperation mechanism, which could emphasize the innovation of management system, reinforce and promote the benefit of alliance.For reference and appraisement of CFHC, this article puts forward to the method of lateral comparison, and comparing to CCH that is another representative strategic alliance corporation.
