Scenic-tourist site in the nearby suburb of big city is one complex system.To realize sustainable development, Man-land contradictions in this systemmust be settled. Mankind and nature develop in coordination should makescenic-tourist site in the nearby suburb of big city more orderly.Firstly, on the basis of clearing research setting, study purpose,relevantconcept and the technical approach contemporary progress of the subjectdomestic and abroad, the article emphasizes on the importance of practice andthe instructing meaning.Secondly, guided by system theory, sustainable development theory,ecology theory and location theory, the article makes dynamic analysis aboutthe spatial configuration of scenic-tourist site in the nearby suburb of big city inChina under the affection of urbanization and points out that the change ofdifferential location rent is inherent driving force of the evolution ofscenic-tourist site in the nearby suburb of big city. Moreover, the article initiallyputs forward life cycle model of scenic-tourist site in the nearby suburb of bigcity.Thirdly, the paper makes qualitative and quantitative research onenvironmental bearing capacity of scenic-tourist site in the nearby suburb of bigcity from time-space viewpoint.Lastly, the article makes positive research on Zhaoling in Shenyang andputs forward some paths on how to achieve the interrelation betweenurbanization and tourism development.By the researching, the author tries to make it be helpful to thedevelopment of scenic-tourist site in big city skirts and to benefit thedevelopment of scenic area planning theories. As a result, it can be the basis ofour preservation, building and management. By analyzing the evolution ofscenic-tourist site in the nearby suburb of big city in this theory, we cansimplify some vague problems and resolve them in theories and realities.
