Analysis Of The Problems,the Reasons And Suggestions Of The Development Of Tong Jiang Yiner Industry

Nowadays, the basic direction of construction adjustment of agriculture in western area of china is to develop the agriculture that has distinguished feature and ecology agriculture. For western areas of china, It is an unsolved theory and practical question that how to rely on the nature gifts and how to utilize the constructed advantages to develop the agriculture. Tong Jiang situated in northeast of china, which is a typical county in western mountain area. Yiner industry is the traditional feature industry of it. Therefore, nowadays, in the period of structure adjustment of agricultural, to develop this feature industry—Yiner industry, is becoming important, and it is the key point of developing county economy. To know the present condition of development of Yiner industry, to find out the main problem, which existed in the process of industry development, to analyze the reasons of these problems and then to put, forward some suggestions and routes for the future development are becoming an theoretical problem which need to be resolved urgently during the process of development of Yiner industry. Based on above knowing, through the research in the present condition of the development of Yong Jiang Yiner industry, the author of this article summarized the main problem existed in the process of development of Yiner industry: the backward concept of development and the poor consciousness of market, the weak scientific support to the development of industry; the backward product pattern and their relations. These problems embodied in the development of Yiner industry in 3 aspects: first is the relation of market and manufacturing; second is the relation of manufacturing and the scientific progress; third is the relation of market and scientific progress. Moving around these problems, in the analysis of the reasons, from the dialectical angle of knowing and practices and internal and external causes, the author pointed out the crux of development of Tong Jiang Yiner industry by using the basic principles and methods of Marxism philosophy. Directed against these existed problems and reasons, author pointed out the basic route of future development of Tong Jiang Yiner industry: on the concept of development, setting up a rational conception of development to guide the development of Yiner industry; on the concrete process of industry development, take the way of industrialization resolutely and explore the industrial product pattern which is suited for the development of Tong Jiang Yiner industry; depending on the technology progress, develop the feature Yiner industry vigorously. Moving around this basic route, combining with the new situation, the author pointed out the basic principle and suggestion of the Yiner industry.
