The Research Of Resource Integration Between East And West Coal Enterprise

Coal plays an important role in nation's economic. On long terms, coal will still be our country's main consumption energy; we must formulate policies to mine and use coal resources rationally, in order to guarantee the sustainable development of coal resources. With grouping management of the foreign coal enterprise and the structural reform of the domestic petroleum and power industry, the coal industry's organizational framework adjustment is laid out the schedule. Each of the west and east coal enterprise has their certain advantages; combining these advantages and integrating resources have current significance. The feasibility of the integration has been analyzed in theory and reality. With the theory of "Pareto improvement", the integration condition has been obtained—each side must obtain profit. There are some obstructs during the integration process. Then, an integration path is put forward: entering into a contract to solve the property right problems, selecting mode, managing the organization, working out a strategy. In order to maintain the stability of the organization, which has been integrated, the establishment of the distribution system and the internal macroscopic institution is crucial. In the distribution system, using barging knowledge, a distribution proportion for reference has been reached; four suggestions about the improvement of the institution have also been put forward: work out a promoting scheme about the cooperation between the east an the west., perfect interrelated legal system; establish perfect market adjusting mechanism; set up return rear system. At last, with an example of the YanZhou coal enterprise held the share of the PanJiang coal and electricity enterprise, the point of view we advanced is verified. In this thesis, there are some advices, which will contribute to the integration between the east and the west, will improve the core competitive power of the coal enterprise, and will give impetus to the coal industry's organizational framework adjustment. So, this thesis has some immediate significance.
