With the picking up of globalization and the development of our economy construction, how to manage the human resources from different cultural context becomes the challenge of many human resources meeting. However the cultural diversity across different areas, different countries is very distinct. If you want to manage cross-culturally, you must meet many a problems of cultural diversity. Nowadays the research to cross-cultural management is just beginning. There is not even one book about cross-cultural human resources management over the country. Most studies take the diversity of different countries' human resources management as research objective. They point out the different styles of human resources management in different cultural context, but how to make them exist, amalgamation and develop in the same enterprise is not said or do little.For the studying course I take methods of theoretical research and case analysis together, qualitative analysis combine quantitative analysis, use some data models, combine my own data analysis of investigation and research and prove argument.I have considered questions systematically overall (from culture, the cultural conflict and integration of cross-cultural management with angle of culture and management), and also stressed the key points (analyze the cultural conflict and integration of cross-cultural management of the trans-corporation especially, the cultural difference challenge which the trans-corporation faces in China, study the real example in cross-cultural marketing management of the trans-corporation in China).For the text I have read a lot of theories about cross-cultural management and international enterprise, integrate my own review about human resources management, take the multinational group in China as example, to do some research in cultural diversity of multinational management.The paper is divided into 7 chapters. In the first chapter, this paper introduces the current domestic and international relevant research situation, the research meaning of this text, the frame, main research approach and innovation are clicked; The second chapter, it introduces the general description of culture, the philosophic relationship between culture and management, the thought of cultural globalization and naturalization. In the third chapter, the paper brings forward the problem of cross-cultural management in allusion to the cross-culture management of multinational groups, analyses the conflicts in the cross-cultural management, theforth chapter, I put forward the cultural amalgamation in the cross-cultural management. In the fifth chapter, the paper particularly analyses cross-cultural management of multinational group in China, brings forward the problems and the settlement way—training. In the sixth chapter, the paper discusses the diversity of marketers in multinational group and brings forward the way of how to cross-cultural manage the marketers from different cultural context in multinational group. In the seventh chapter, I coordinate the whole context and bring new problem for reference.Main new meaning of this text: [1] This paper has systematic analyzed the Cultural conflict and integration of trans-corporation's cross-cultural management and analyzed the cultural difference challenge that the trans-corporation faces in China especially; [2] It offers a rational and scientific method and thinking of settlement cultural difference, so as to ensure the research results of cross-cultural management can be implemented smoothly; [3]According to the actual conditions of the administrative situation of cross-cultural marketing in China of trans-corporation, I put forward some rational suggestions.
