There inevitably exist various kinds of cross-culture corporation. How to permeate these different cultures has become an important subject for managers of cross-culture corporation these days. The research on cultural conflict and permeation of cross-culture corporation is an essential foundation for successful business of cross-culture corporation. Based on cross-cultural comparison of culture and corporation culture, this paper studies the cause of cultural conflict, concrete forms in cross-culture corporation, and the model to deal with culture conflict, then expounds the Confucius Thought of Harmony and its inspirations to the cultural conflict of cross-culture corporation. At last, this paper discusses the relations between cultural conflict and permeation of cross-culture corporation and the main representation of cultural permeation of cross-culture corporation.This paper is divided into 6 chapters.In the first chapter, this paper introduces the meaning of culture and cultural factor to influence management, and ponders the relation between the globalization and localization of culture.In the second chapter, the paper analyzes the characteristics of corporative culture in cross-culture corporation, by using the method of comparisons, we compare the cultural difference among the United States, Japan, and China, and then, it is pointed out that corporative culture will develop towards the state of harmony.In the third chapter, the paper researches the cause of cultural conflict and its concrete forms in cross-culture corporation, and discusses the models to deal with them.In the fourth chapter, the paper discusses the relation between cultural conflict and permeation in cross-culture corporation, indicates the common rules of cultural permeation, and analyzes the main representative forms of cultural permeation in cross-culture corporation.In the fifth chapter, the paper expounds the inspirations of Confucius "Harmony" Ethic Thought to the cross-culture management, and discusses the value of "Harmony" Ethic Thought.In the sixth chapter, we may draw some conclusions and obtain some inspirations after summing up the whole paper.
