Research On The Financial Management System For Enterprise Groups Of China

With the rapid development of market economy, especially with the promotion of the M&A tide, enterprise groups have swiftly spread all over our country. So far there have developed a lot of enterprise groups with certain scale and good prospect. Meanwhile, a lot of problems have appeared, among them, the problem that financial management system does not meet the needs of financial management activities is most prominent. Therefore, it is very important to study the financial management system of enterprise group with its influence factor, combine the real situation of current development, explore a scientific financial management system.What this thesis researches is about the financial management system of enterprise group, it tries to put forward a series of suitable proposition for the financial management system of Chinese enterprise groups. The content is divided into four parts altogether, each part is roughly as follows.The first part it is a general introduction to the enterprise group and financial management system, Which includes the definition of enterprise group and its financial management system, the difference between financial management system and other relevant concept, the introductions of several types of basic financial management system modes. The influencing factors to the financial management system of enterprise group.The second part pays attention to the current situation of the financial management system of China's enterprise groups. Through a retrospect of the historical evolution and the investigations of the current situation, then find out the existing problems of the financial management system. The problems are mainly involved with three aspects as the organization and decision system, the financial control system, obligation and incentive mechanism.The third part deals with the principal and method for the financial management system, and the choice of several financial management styles. Through the research of this part, it provides a framework for countermeasures of the next part.The fourth part is the key part of this thesis. This part puts forward some countermeasures to improve the financial management system of enterprise group. Such as, form scientific financial organization and decision system, set up a scientific financial control system and the obligation with incentive mechanism, strengthen the management of financial relevant personnel, etc.
