Study Of Improving Financial Management Mode For Large Enterprise Group In Our Country

Large-scale enterprise groups are representatives of one country's economic strength, occupy the important strategic position in national economy. But the enlargement of the scale , has strengthened the degree of difficulty managed (especially financial administration ). In recent years, because the financial administration can not catch up with scale enlargement, the financial crisis takes place, the example causing the group company to become feeble and die finally is not rare in our country. With joining WTO, the enterprise group of our country will face the opportunities of the competition and trend in whole world. In order to strengthen the management level, improve the competitive power, the large-scale enterprise group calls the improvement of the financial management mode.This paper sums up the meaning of the financial management mode as two kinds narrow sense and broad sense on the basis of the thing that relevant documents are studied. This paper proceeds from management mode of the broadly-defined financial affairs , divide the financial management mode of large-scale enterprise group into three levels of controlling and financial supervision , distribution of the financial policy-making power.
