The consumption credit is a special financial production that is to solve the Contradiction between producing and consuming, and to make the increasing speed of consuming meet the increasing speed of producing. It came into being when the economy of one country develops into a certain stage, and monetary credit relationship develops into a more high level.In the economical operation of the market of our country, the consumption credit is as a kind of regulating measure, to regulating the consumption demand, promoting the economic stability to increase, improving the assets structure of the bank and play a very important role. By the look of experience of the developed country, develop consumption credit all beneficial to the country, bank and resident.The consumption credit of our country follows the housing system reform to begin after the reform and opening-up. In March of 1999, after the People's Bank of China issued " instruction on launching individual's consumption credit ", the consumption credit of our country enters the stage of popularizing in an all-round way. During the last ten years, the consumption credit of our country was developed very slowly, the proportion of taking the total value of the bank loan of the scale of the consumptive credit was relatively low. By the end of 2003, the consumption credit of U.S.A. accounts for 58% of the total value of the bank loan, Canada accounts for 33. 3%, Malaysia accounts for 13%, S. Korea is 11%, and our country is only 9%, it is obvious the developing prospect of the consumption credit of our country is very wide, thus promoting the development of consumption credit, to perfect the socialist market economic movement mechanism of our country, and promote the economic stability to increase, have very important meanings.The thinking of the writing of this text was launched around how topromote the development of our country's consumption credit. This text is divided into three major parts altogether on the structure:The first part was the foundation of the full text, which introduced the concept and content of the consumption credit at first, and summarized the situation that the consumption credit produced and developd; secondly, it introduced relevant economics of consumption credit analyse,and especially introduced relevant game theories of consumption credit analyse among them, have drawn the corresponding conclusion; finally it introduced the consumption credit development and characteristic in our country, then summarized the necessity that our country develops consumptive credit at present.On the basis of the first part, the second part have pointed out that the main restrictive factors of development in the consumption credit of our country coming from two respects at present. The main restrictiive factors of the external environment of financial institution includes: income distribution unreasonable, old consumptive idea of resident, lacking personnal credit system and relevant laws and regulations, imperfect social security system; The main restrictive factors of the interior environment of the financial institution includes: The old developing idea of financial institution, rules and regulations imperfect, the simply and old selling means, the mistaken idea to benefit of the consumption credit.The third part have combined the present realistic situation of our country and the characteristic of the consumption credit, then put forward the main thinking of developing consumption credit of our country at present. From the financial institution outside, should perfect the consumption credit relevant laws and regulations of our country, establish the system of the social security, set up consumer's credit and investigate system, set up personal bankrupt system, etc. Inside the financial institution, should develop more means, and multi-channel develop consumption credit, should open up the market and especially...
