Development mode of urbanization is brought forward as follow: Nanning and Liuzhou can be build to be super city; Guilin, Yulin, Baihai, Guigang and Wuzhou can be build to be big city; Fangchenggang, Qinzhou, Hezhou, Baise, Hechi should be developed to be mid city; and build towns around each city.
