Research On The Coordinate Development Between Land Urbanization And Population Urbanization In Anhui Province

Since reform and opening up,China's overall economic and social levels rising,the national urbanization rate increased gradually,the town's land from the city center to the periphery constantly expanding,land urbanization rate overall is higher and higher,while the rural population can keep synchronization with land urbanization rate,realize the real transferred to from rural to urban areas,can smoothly realize citizenization,under the current social situation has become a focus problem.Based on the new development under the background of urbanization,land urbanization and population urbanization both agriculture,rural areas and farmers is directly related to the coordinated development degree of problem solving and relates to the urban and rural development as a whole,is related to social stability,harmony,relationship to the development of urbanization in our country,is related to the fundamental interests of the masses and the national stability and long-term survival.Although in recent years the rapid development of urbanization in our country,but widespread land urbanization and population urbanization inharmonious aspects,how to more effectively promote the coordinated development has become a hot topic.Based on combing the theory of urbanization,land urbanization and population urbanization connotation,on the basis of coordination theory,through to the 16 cities in Anhui province from 2010 to 2015,land urbanization and population urbanization related data processing,key research 16 cities in Anhui province land urbanization and population urbanization coordinated development level and the factors affecting the coordinated development of both.Specifically,first of all,combined with the method of literature research,the selection of land and population urbanization index,and then the relevant index data are standardized processing,and then based on the idea of multi-objective decision making use of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the index weight,according to the coordinated development degree model has been build to determine land urbanization and population urbanization coordinated development level.According to the results,from the overall trend,three dimensions of space and time to reveal in Anhui province and anhui province level city coordinated development degree of land and population.At last,through the qualitative analysis,summarizes the factors affecting the coordinated development of both and Suggestions are put forward.Through the above research,this paper draw the following conclusions:(1)2010-2015 in Anhui province in 16 cities as disorder of coordinated development degree between moderate recession and high quality coordinated development between classes,municipalities coordinated development degree of difference to be markedly,the overall coordination and the trend of increasing year by year,of which Hefei development best;(2)the land urbanization and population urbanization level rising,but the population urbanization lags behind the land urbanization trend;(3)the level of coordinated development of the central and southern Anhui Province is higher than that of the northern Anhui Province,the urbanization rate of the southern Anhui region is slightly higher,and the urbanization rate is slightly higher in the north of Anhui province;(4)from 2010 to 2015,there was a high level of coordination among different cities,and there was a great difference in the level of development;(5)dual land system and the household registration system,investment-driven economy development,the system of government are the main factors affecting the coordinated development relationship between land and population.Finally,this paper gives suggestions to promote the development of land and population urbanization coordinated:(1)deepening the reform of the household registration system,actively promote the urbanization of rural population;(2)we will deepen reform of the dual land system and unified construction land market;(3)to adjust the industrial structure and economic opening level,the coordinated development of urban and rural areas as a whole;(4)to increase government policy system to support and promote the coordinated development of land and population urbanization.
