Research On The Development Of Old-Age Service Industry In Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone Under The Background Of Urbanization Of Development Social Security

At present,as China's population aging continues to deepen,pension issues has become a difficult problem for our society,and government departments gradually begin to pay attention to the development of pension services.The pension service industry has not only been limited to Pure material life care,but also related to health counseling,health care,psychological counseling and spiritual comfort.It's government departments'duty to scientifically plan the development path of the pension service industry.So we can meet the diverse needs of the elderly better.Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone got into the population aging stage earlier,and its speed of aging population is fast.But the level of economic development is not very high,and Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone belongs to "not rich first old,area.In recent years,related to the promotion of government departments in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone,its pension service industry has made some good results,but there are still some problems in the development process.This paper which is under the background of Urbanization of development social security,first of all explains the relevant concepts and theories of the pension service industry,and then introduces the practical experience of the development of domestic and international pension service industry.Secondly,this paper analyzes the characteristics of population distribution and the aging characteristics of population in four areas of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone,and points out the grim situation of population aging in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the present situation of the old-age service in four cities of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone,and points out the problems in the development of the pension service industry in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone.The problems include the first problem which it doesn't realize real Urbanization of development in pension service industry,the second problem which it Lacks of supply of old age service;the third problem which the government investment is insuffficient,and there is difficulty in attracting private capital;the fourth problem which the pension service industry failed to achieve large-scale,industrial development;the fifth problem which it lacks of the talent,and there is Uneven distribution of the region,and so on.At last,On the basis of drawing lessons from the development experience of the domestic and international pension service industry,this paper puts forward the general conception and concrete suggestions of advancing the development of the old-age service industry in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone.The suggestions are making scientific "urbanization" development plan of the pension service industry,putting the pension service industry into the performance assessment standards and to focus on promoting the construction of information service platform for"the same city" development of old-age service,and so on.We Hope to provide reference for the development of the pension service industry in the region.
