With the development of Decision Theory, Message technology, Database technology, Working automation and Expert System, Decision Support System (DSS) has been used very extensive .DSS has became the important and needing tools in many trade management regulation and more and more researches are going on. Models system as the key unit of DSS, has been pay more attention and became the alert research regions because of its affecting on the whole system.Models system includes model base and model base management system .The model base is mainly in charge of saving and indicating the models. The model base management system provides the operation of model cabal, save or read, update, composite, run and so on.At present, DSS has been used for specific domain, so the needed model is stability. In this type of system, Running files are the mainly fashion in the achievement of model base management system. The composite of models has been embodied through calling course. The disadvantage of this way is the system has little pliable and the model base's reuse, extending, assert are locale. In fact, a simplicity problem needs only a simplicity model, an involved one may being break into some simplicity problems, that's an involved problem may being break into some simplicity models. In this way, the reusing of models becomes more important. In this article, the framework module has been used in order to make up for that defects.Composite module is one of framework module. Framework mainly provides how to fabricate classes and extending the structure of objects. Composite module recounts how to make a class layer structure, and the class includes two objects-atom object and composite object. Fabricating allow user fabricate more atom objects or composite objects and come into involved classes. Composite module is a layer structure, it makes the fabricate object into tree-structure and makes no differentiate between atom objects and fabricate objects, at the same time, the fabricate object is being fabricate from atom object In the true world, people often face involved, para -structure or de-structure problems which is described by involved language, and isn't solved quickly and simply. In order to quickly and simply solving problems, the article uses a Problem Decomposition which fixes in with the thought of people dealing with involved problems.Problem Decomposition is the way disassembling integrated, involved problems intosome child problems, and then individually resolves the child problems. Problem Decomposition reduce the incubus of user's recognize. Child problems and the relation of them help user form the answer of the problem. This article recounts the three disassemble mode of collateral mode, bunch mode and the mixture of them. Through Problem Decomposition, the tree mode of the problem can come out and the layer relation of child problems can be obvious, then the problems chain can come out easily. We can get the relation of the models from problems chain and knew how to group the child models. It can promote the reuse of model base because the composite mode being used in the design of model base, and atom model becoming the only one of saved in the model base. At the same time, we can design the united interface of atom- models, this can promote the extending of models. Breaking through the methods and the data characters of traditional models reuse, this article uses object model for rending the atoms expounded by Hong.The model has 3 layers, that is: Model frame class, Model template class, Model sample-class. There are some deference from the models expounded by Hong, in this article, Model frame class is a metaphysical class which define some features and interface of the model, Model template class has some specific methodology class, and Model sample-class is a methodology class loading some data. The reuse will be promoted by the means of use 3 layers model for atom models, the frame and data will be inherited between each next 2 layers.In order to solve the para-structure data or re-structure data, this article use the technology of Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) for founding the atom model base. CBR technology is based the course of people recognizing the world, use the experience and methodology of solving the problems before, through the way of analogy and association for dealing with the problems. CBR includes case problem depiction, case- matching, matching search, case update and evaluate, new case learning, and so on, specially, case problem depiction and case- matching are the key technology. This article uses multi-group indicating the case of case base, including the information of case, the feature factors, the prediction of user for the feature factors, etc. We divide the feature into varying layer for the cy, states and the relation between then of the feature factors, and make them in a united norm. And then, we can get the data deciding the feature of the problems.
