The development of Soviet Socialism Democracy gives us a great deal of precious experience and a profound lesson. This paper tries to retrospect the construction of Soviet socialism democracy from the perspective of the relations among the Party, the country and society to provide some suggestions for the reformation and perfection of socialism democratic institution in our country.The main body of this paper includes five parts:Part One: to define democratic institution from the property, the fundamental principle and the circulate mechanism of democracy; it points out only when the three aspects be united organically the integral connotation of democratic institution can be achieved.Part Two expounds the develop course of the relation among the Party, country and society of Soviet Russion when Lenin was leading, it also points out that Soviet democratic institution is still wandering and feeling around. In Lenin's old years, his thoughts seems to point out a reasonable way for the sound development of the relation among Party, country and society under socialism. However, his early death makes these thoughts fail to become true.Part Three dissertates the converse socialism pattern among the Party, country and society formed in Stalin's period, Soviet pattern went to the opposite side of democratic institution. During the period Stalin and Mikhail Gorbachev led, the reformation of Soviet socialism was nothing but extension and mending of Soviet pattern.
