Abstract: The impact from Human activity on ecosystem display in LUCC and the change of landscape pattern objectively, LUCC is closely related to ecological environmental security level. The study about LUCC and ecological environment effect has become the key content of global change research in geography, and studying the change of ecological environment on the base of the ecosystem service value is a hot problem in geography and ecology at present too.The quantitative analysis to LUCC and the ecological effect caused by it through the dynamic research of space-time change of ecological system service value, and the grain safe studying in this area in terms of ecology on this basis, can help us analysis the human activity impact on ecological environment in existing natural conditions. This can offer certain decision basis and theoretical direction for disposing the land resource rationally in the area, and promote ecology safe construction of the area and healthy and continuous development of the cities and towns of the area, Which make regional relation between people and land develop in harmony.The suburb nearby and the outer suburbs are the transition area between the city and rural, which receive the great impact from the urbanization, whose economy is developed rapidly, where the human activity is strong, where the structure of land use changes very fast, where the pressure that the ecological environment bears is greater too. The quantitative research to ecological effect caused by LUCC can show influence degree of regional ecological environment from human activity to a certain extent, thus promote the improvement of the regional ecological environment in the suburb nearby and the outer suburbs.This selected the suburbs and outer suburbs of the pagoda district of Yanan in gully districts of hills of loess plateau in the north of Shaanxi Province as studying the area, in this region ecological environment is fragile, and population increases very fast, there are very great contradictions between human society development and ecological environmental protection, therefore the meanings of the research about ecological response caused by LUCC and grain safety are important in case study.The paper consists of nine partsThe first is a preface that deals with the meanings of the study about land use andecological services value and the advance at home and aboard, at last analysis the questions about this research. Secondly, this paper shows how to choose and border the study region and natural condition, society and economy development and ecological environment condition.Thirdly, this part is methods and technology way, which introduce the main study methods about ecological services value and specific study process. Next part accounts for the condition about land use and change.The fifth one is about measuring and analyzing ecological services values of land ecosystems, which select cultivated land, garden, forest and meadow as the most subjects and deal with ecological values of suburb nearby and far suburbs about 24 villages and towns in pagoda of district, which include the production of organic matters, water conservative, water-soil conservation, fixing CO2 and releasing O2. The sixth one summarizes ecological services values of the study region and analysis the relations of land use and change and the change of ecological values.The seventh one study the state of cultivated land and grain through the minimum area per capita and improved press index of cultivated land. The eighth one is some suggestions of sustainable developments for this region. At last, we make a summary for the whole paper. Through the study, we come to conclusions:(l)The area of cultivated land has been reducing since 1984, and the rate in the whole land area also has been cutting down to 22% in 2002; The area of forest, meadow and garden have been ascending, and the rates of them is respectively 47% ^ 21% and 6% in 2002; The area of non-agricultural land has been continuously increasing; and the area water region has had a very small change. Through ascertaining dynamic degree and relative change rate of all kinds of lands, the structure of land use change vary faster in nearby suburb than in the far suburb.(2)This text calculate to the land ecosystem service value of 24 villages and towns in suburb nearby and the outer suburbs, pagoda of district, total ecological value was respectively 81.6790 billion Yuan, 87.1424million Yuan, 59.2917 million Yuan and 85.7780 billion Yuan in 1984 , 1990 , 1997 and 2002 in the whole district, and annual average is 78.4728 million Yuan. In the total values of the cultivated land, garden and forest land, the value share that the organic matter produces is higher, it is respectively 81%, 63.64% and 60.60%, but for the herb of ground the value share of soil conservation keep the largest, accounts for 61. 88%.
