H Company Inspiriting System Establish Research

In nowadays listed companies, there are many examples which were used be to excellent goes to a bad circumstance. It has the representative significance for most deficit listed companies to research the reasons of failure in Human Resource development and management and find the solution of the inspiring system in H Company. This article is about the author has tried to applied MBA theoretical knowledge to practice by researching the defect of the inspiring measure and creating a whole inspiring system in H Company. In the circumstance of lack of inspiring, the employee could only gives 20-30% of its potential ability which could make the company contabescence, while in a circumstance of well inspiring, the employee will gives 80-90% of its potential ability. Many company goes badly because the lack of inspiring system. This article conclude that the key problem of the lost of person with ability is the activity of employees. And by using EFE, IFE matrix analyze theory, it prove that the most urgent problem is the activity of employees. Meanwhile, by using aboard companies'experience for reference, it researches and establishes the inspiring system. First, keep both the fairness of the salary and the faithfulness of the employees. Second, change the traditional attitude of increasing the personal income by promotion. This inspiring system makes every body earn more without getting a higher position. Third, improve the teamwork of employees. Income will connect with the management performance. So, every manager will form the risk consciousness that will inspire management performance. Forth, every employee will seriously design his career. The company is establishing management, technology and project systems, which could expand the growing space for every one itself. This article has established the whole inspiring system including material inspiring, spirit inspiring, competition inspiring and potential ability inspiring.
