The benefit produced by knowledge investment and management is higher than materiality producing factors in some organizations with the coming of knowledge economy, and intellectual staff becomes the most important producing factor and competitive edge basis in enterprise. Intellectual staff is the chief producer of enterprise .value as well as inspiring the important content of management of intellectual staff. At present human resources plays more important role in the modern enterprise management, and the compensation rule, which is the key component part of human resources, can inspire staff work enthusiasm, improving staff working achievements and enterprise competition effectively. Therefore the enterprise strategy is supported and serviced by the employee compensation rule. How can we design the perfect compensation rule from the advanced management idea of abroad enterprise, and combined enterprise's own practice with proceeding from the China's conditions is one of premise conditions of native enterprise replying intense competition in the native and abroad, realizing the sustained, fast and stable development.Based on these viewpoints, the thesis makes use of analysis and design of compensation inspiring mode of the S Consulting Company, and hope to build a new mode of compensation inspiring for modern intellectual staff and give a reference to the same enterprise.Besides introducing some concepts of employee compensation management and its application of inspiring practice systematically, the paper also researches the inspiring mode in native and abroad, analyzes the existing problem for intellectual staff inspiring conditions in native country based on compare of salary system features of native and abroad and proposes the corresponding solve method. Then according to inspiring theory, the paper put forwards several kinds of compensation inspiring system. The paper finally points out the shortcomings of existing rule and designs an effective and better compensation system for S Consulting Co. Ltd..
