Operational Mode Of Business Incubator And Actuality & Development Countermeasure Study In Anhui Province

Now, business incubator has become an important support and production transforming base of developing high and new technology industry for local government, also the effective carrier of science & technology and economy integrating. Incubator has passed through more than 10 years in China, from Ministry of Science & Technology of China to many provinces as well as municipality all constitute encouraging policies and regulation, to support incubator to develop healthily from fund, tax fees, ground, human resource and risk assurance, etc. It makes the incubator increasing soon not only in quantity but also in incubating skills, its function is more prefect along with the time.However, there exists some to be solved problem in the process of the incubator development, for example, the policy for supporting and inducting the incubator is not enough, investor is single, incubator is not operational as a company, management members diathesis needs to be promoted, and incubating function is also under consummate, etc.At present, business incubator are encountering a key development phase, how to solve some problems, such as operational system, profit- mode, venture capital, performance assessment and construction of pioneering surrounding & culture, it will directly affect the development of incubator.This thesis researchs development situation of the incubator in domestic andabroad, it summarizes the experience of incubator construction and development on abroad, analyzing the important effects of incubator to local economy, studying especially operation and profit mode of incubator, illuminating the mutual relationship between Science & Technology Park and incubator, and bring forward the body viewpoint that the incubator is a main body for science & technology innovation.The main aim of this thesis is through studying incubator developing stage and rule, combining with present situation of science & technology enterprise in Anhui Province, to present developing strategy and suggestion for science & technology business incubator in the future for Anhui Province, so it will supply a support for the decision of the government.
