Both opportunities and challenges exist in this knowledge economy age. High technology and its regarding industry are turning into the kernel of international competition. As a new style socio-economic organization, business incubator plays a very important role in promoting high-tech industry, propping up enterprises and developing regional economy. How to establish and develop business incubator is a hot spot of governments and business circles at present. This paper is just a research on business incubator.This thesis focuses on studying business incubator systematically. After briefly introducing the origin and course of incubator and it's concerning theories, it emphatically probes into the preparing link, structure and operation mechanism of overseas business incubator. Try to find some constructive enlightenment to the internal cause through the comparative studying above. In the end, combining the period of socio-economic system's transition, this paper goes in quest of the way of develop Chinese business incubator.
