The Research In Questions In Qingdao's Credit System Construction

Social credit system is an important part of the social economic system. A sound and perfect social economic system certainly have a perfect social credit system. In the same time, a perfect social credit system can make the social economic system develop steadily and healthily. Now we have great achievement in the construction of the socialism market economy. But the development of social credit system is not enough, witch makes the people not keep promise repeatedly in the trading, increase the cost of the trading, and make much lost. So the construction and perfection of the social credit system is very urgent.The construction of the social credit system in our country is in a time of start. In consider in the different of the regions, we get that it is impossible in constructing social credit system for unifying in the whole country in a short time. We research some questions in the construction of local social credit system and the problem of linking up of the local social credit system with national social credit system combining with the fact of Qingdao city in the article.According to research, we get the conclusion in the following:1. Qingdao city should construct financial credit information organizations and non-financial credit information organizations respectively under the premise of perfecting local laws associating with the construction of credit system. And the government should invest the construction of credit information organization 2.In the progress of collecting and announcing the credit information, we should differ the public credit information from the non-public credit information. 3.Construct evaluating target system, use the AHP method and main composition analysis method evaluate companies credit. 4.In the aspect of linking up of the local social credit system with national social credit system, we solute the problem of the combining of the laws, the evaluating target system, the evaluating methods and the database of the local social credit system with national social credit system.The creation of this article is in the following:...
