Research On Influencing Factors Of Informatization Construction Of Social Credit System In Tianjin

At present,the market economy of our country develops rapidly,but for the modern market transaction,trust is particularly valuable.The government effectively manages the social credit system construction to improve the market economy,building a reliable commercial environment and promoting the speed of the economy’s development.Tianjin is one of the cities that started the construction of credit system earlier in China.However,compared with the west countries,the development of credit system in China is not mature enougn,On the part of Tianjin,the social credit system has made a big progress in recent years,but there is still a long way to go to match the modern information.This thesis aims to analyze the construction process and advantages of Tianjin’s social credit system by using the literature reading,comparative research and interviews,on the basic of the local advantages while associated with the achievement of other regions,In order to promote the construction of social credit system,we also analyzed the factors which influencing the informatization development level of credit system.This thesis studies the factors restricting the informatization development of Tianjin social credit system.To ensure the reliability and rationality of the questionnaire design,we made the reliability and validity examination of the questionnaire at first,after the correlation and regression analysis in different dimensions of the questionnaire,the conclusion was drawn: the legal and institutional security is not enough,the credibility is not enough and the low level of information sharing platform construction,the quality of credit information data application scene needs to be improved,the staff level is insufficient,the credit incentive mechanism needs to be improved,and other factors which have an influence on the informatization construction level of Tianjin’s social credit system,among which the influence of platform construction is the largest and the impact of legal system is the least.According to the results of statistical analysis and the local reality,Associated with the development experience of other countries and cities,this thesis discusses the path suitable for the informatization construction of social credit system in Tianjin.At the same time,we should improve the incentive and punishment mechanism,improve the level of staff,improve the scene application of credit information data,improve the legal system construction of credit information,grasp the pain point of the problem,to perfect the information construction of Tianjin’s social credit system,promote the construction of Tianjin’s social credit system,in order to form a favourable credit environment for the whole society.
