Along with the development of global economy and the coming of information age, E-commerce has been accepted gradually and developed quickly. But because of the immature status of laws, policies, technology and the peoples' concept of the time, the security of E-commerce becomes more and more important. This paper analyzes non-technological factors for E-commerce security, which are customer value and customer credit and points out that customer evaluation is more important for E-commerce security.In the first chapter, the paper introduces the concept of E-commerce and points out the importance of security. Then, the paper basically introduces the development of E-commerce and two aspects about E-commerce security: systematic security and technologic security. And the paper presents that running security should be paid the most attention in E-commerce environment. In running security, the most urgent problem is how to classified the custom value and analyzes the custom credit and applies them to the practice. The analysis of E-commerce running security is also one of the key points of the paper.In the second chapter, the paper first introduces the important content in the running security in E-commerce, the basic concept of custom value and the methods of custom credit and stresses on the analysis of the characteristic and importance of custom value and credit in E-commerce.In the third chapter, the paper mainly describe that how to analyze custom credit in E-commerce environment better. With the knowledge about data mining technology, the paper presents the methods and procedures about the custom evaluation by data mining technology. It should experience data collecting, data defining, data analysis and data applying. In the end, the paper uses the case of crossing marketing in banking finance to analyze the application of data mining technology to the customer evaluation in E-commerce.There are two novelties in this paper: the first is that it discusses the non-technological factors in E-commerce running security based on the hot issue of E-commerce security and points out the new characters of customer value and customer credit in traditional business. The second is that it discusses the uses of data mining technology in customer evaluation in E-commerce and provides the basic procedures of customer evaluation for E-commerce by data mining technology.
