National Comparison And Reference Of The Development Of SMEs

Since 20 years of the economic reformation, the middle-sized and small enterprises (SMEs) in our country have unprecedented great development. Many kinds of SMEs have played more and more important role. The SME department has made great contributions to the development of the national economy for their dexterity, innovation character, comes into being and makes policies to speed up the development of them. They can be said the light spots of Chinese economy (Wu, 2002). But comparing with their status, the SMEs in our country developed not very well.This dissertation analyzes the development of SMEs in German, America, Japan and Italy, I study the function, status, features and policies relatively, And get experiences and lessons.
