Research For The Development Model Of Industrial Cluster

The industrial cluster is a new form of productive organization development nowadays, which is concerned with its sturdy competitive advantage by many of nations and regions in the world. For the research of industrial cluster, it is still on the start stage in China; As to the study on the development model of industrial cluster, we are only in the level of explore in our country. On the base of predecessors' research, this thesis put theory of the industrial cluster to use, analysising mechanism of the industrial cluster, having a creative consider to the development model of industrial cluster of the economic belt on the northern slope of the Tianshan mountains.The industrial cluster is a special organized form to lie in the enterprise organization and the pure market organization. The formation of the industrial cluster has its inside motive-competitive advantage, and has its outside conditions-the factors of resource,culture and policy. Moreover, the different kinds formation of the industrial cluster are all linked closely with the regional advantage. On the base of those analysis, applying the method of induce and the typical model case, five kinds of development model of industrial cluster is concluded. Through qualitative analysis on the advantages of resourse and industry that are outside conditions of the formation of the industrial cluster and quantitive analysis on the characteristics of industrial distribute, different development model is choiced on the different industry. At the same time, the dispassion treat toward "limited competitive advantage", which is the phenomenon of un-economy in the industrial cluster. And combined with the problems in the development of the industrial cluster, constructive suggestions are raised to the both side of government and enterprise.
