In condition of the rapid developing green food industries and constant expanding market,it is of much importance to use marketing theory to direct green food marketing for the development of green food in Jilin province. The thesis discusses the background and situation of the development of green food by analyzing the basic theories and concepts of green food marketing. On that basics,it analyzes the choosing of strategy of green food market,determents the marketing position and the key points,and brings forwards the countermeasures that should promote to the development of green food of Jilin province. The paper is divided into five parts: 1.To conduct an exploration on the real value and theoretical meaning of speeding up green food market of Jilin province,introduce domestic and overseas research situation, and put forward to researching methods and contents. 2.To explain the basic concepts of green food market,point out the far-reaching signification of speeding up green food market at present,analyse the theoretical basis, summarize the features of green food market,,and compare the differences between green food market with conventional market. 3 . To distinguish the present macro-market and micro-market environment of green food market, identify the advantages and disadvantages of green food market of Jilin province. 4.This part is the center of the thesis. First of all, it discusses general theories of green food market strategies, analyses the present situation and features of green food market , discusses the problems existing in green food marketing of Jilin province. Then, it points out the developmental strategic direction of green food market of Jilin province. On that basis,it subdivides and selects markets, and define the key points of green food market of Jilin province. 5.On the basis of above , it puts forward countermeasures of speeding up green food market of Jilin province from the point of view of government and corporation. As above-mentioned treatise provided the new view and thinking for green food marketing of Jilin Province; improved the competitive capacity; enlarge sales portion; increase the economic profits of Green Food Enterprise and the Peasant; moreover it's very important to increase the profits of the environment ecosystem; to create more economic profits and effect upon society;Realize the uniformity of the environment, economic and social profits. Meanwhile lays the foundation for green nourishment theories the research, providing the new research method and thought.
