The core of CRM was to use the information technique for managing, analyzing and utilizing the resources of the customer. Based on foundation of the information technique, it had a good adaptability and could be transplanted to EC. Currently, discussing the relationship between CRM and EC mostly based on the development of the electronic commerce. It is seldom considered from CRM to set up a website and the e-marketing.Both CRM and EC was the target to develop "one to one" marketing. So it was inevitability and possibility to following the procedure of CRM to develop the marketing website and e-marketing. Established the procedure of CRM, which was established-customer, differentiated customers, and customized, the relationship of these factors was analyzed carefully. In order to guide the EC, these factors were lead to the website, and all kind of marketing tools were used in order to ensure the customized.Data-base was the technique foundation of CRM target to be realizable. All three techniques such as data warehouse, data mining and on-line analytical processing was all used sufficiently. The function such as save, connect, share, analysis and decision-making of customer could be accomplished using above technique.The technique frame of CRM could be embedded in the frame of website...
