The Research On Some Links In Delivery Process Of Distribution Center

The storage manage work, supervision and control of manage were studied in this paper, which are two important links in the delivery process of distribution centers, it mainly includes two aspects: store-space assignment decision-making and decision-making analysis of supervision and control of manage. Regarding JingYang Distribution Center as the actual project background, the rationality and feasibility of the result of study have been verified through contrasting the actual operation result with the studying conclusion of this paper.The store-space assignment is an important and attracting problem, which means how to make the utility of warehouse to its maximum. The store-space assignment of distribution center can be looked as aid decision of choosing the business item that will be provided and delivered. This paper studied on the decision-making methods of ABC and " fair share distribute criterion ", in this paper the insufficiency of these store-space assignment methods has been analyzed, decision-making of store-space assignment through analyzing key factors has been considered, and the corresponding linear mathematics model of decision-making has been set up. In this paper the law of coefficient of variation has been adopted to confirm decision-making model parameter of calculating; the answer of the model has been got through the dynamic programming law at last. Under the study of action, calculation has been done by regarding the choice of the item of manage of JingYang Distribution Center as the real case, and then the calculation result has been compared to the actual operation result, the reasonability and feasibility of (CVA) the key factor law have been proved, the effective quantitative analysis decision method has been offered to solve the problem of store-space assignment.In the process of delivery work in distribution center, supervision and control of manage seems more and more important, especially to the delivery process of offering service of providing and delivering logistics management, because it has become one of the key factors to extend business and keep the relationship of customers to improve the ability of supervision and control of manage and delivery work management.
