With the rise and the rapid development of Distribution Center, the management idea of serving customers in logistic companies is transformed into the management idea of satisfying customers. And it is certain that further research on theories of Distribution Center Location should be carried out to provide a wider field of vision for Distribution Center with the development of Distribution Center and the transformation of the management idea of logistic companies.So far a majority of location models in the field of study only take customer service objective into consideration from the standpoint of the decision-makers of logistic companies and don't meet new requirement of logistic companies. Some recent literatures set about research on customer service objective from the standpoint of customers but they only regard meeting customers' expectation as constraints of the models in the literatures, which belong to the category of a single-objective decision-making. None makes research into a multi-objective location problem of Distribution Center based on satisfaction of customer.So the thesis firstly puts forward the new task of Distribution Center by analyzing different kinds of concepts of Distribution Center. Its new task is that it provides customers with service satisfying them besides distribution task. Secondly it summarizes research methods of existing location theories and improves existing classification methods. Thirdly after it grasps new trends of the research on location problem and the development of Distribution Center, it denotes customer satisfaction through introducing subjection function of fuzzy due time and develops a location model of Distribution Center based on satisfaction of customer. Then it uses interactive programming method to find satisfaction solution.
