Contacting investor and fund-raiser ,the securities broker company is one of the most important intermediary in the capital market. The securities broker company provides services to the customer as its major function of operations. The healthy development of the capital market depends so much on whether the securities broker company functions normally. However, the securities broker company cannot healthily function without the help of market survey and market segmentation and it must satisfy the customer as far as it could. Then it plays the real intermediation of the securities broker company and promotes the prosperity and development of the capital market. On the other hand, with the development of the capital market and the perfect regulation system over it, as the competition among the securities broker companies is getting more and more furious, marketing then becomes more and more important in the daily life of the business activities among the securities broker companies. Given the capital market appeared to be the seller's market at its earlier stage, it then has completely changed to the buyer's market nowadays. The competition between the securities broker companies has already appeared, and will be more furious day after day.
