The Chinese motorcycle industry has entered the excessive competition period, after China join WTO, with the flowing of abroad factory and foreign capitals, the Chinese motorcycle industry should deal with it in terms of the strategy, and I focus on Henan Jinxing Beer Group Corporation strategy development. The text analyzed the development and market condition of domestic and international motorcycle industry, aiming at work out the best-fit strategy for Henan Jinxing Beer Group Corporation under uncertain environment.This paper fully absorbs some theories, mainly including constructing strategy group, capability strategy group, resource strategy group, and so on. And it uses the methods of PEST, Five-forces model, SWOT, EFE, IFE, SPACE matrix etc, and weight in analyses the EFE, IFE matrix using the method of AHP. Then it collects and studies the information of industry and the country policies .On the basis of those, the paper analyses and studies the strategy choice and implement for Jingxing Beer Group Corporation.The paper adopts the first industry lift cycle model, which was advanced by Gort and Klepper, analyses the situation and the development trend of the beer industry. And it focuses on the internal and outward situation in Jingxing Beer Group Corporation. Then it defines the equipment in the company about the internal and outward factor in SWOT model, and it analyses the suitable between the company and its strategy in SPACE model. At last, the paper gives the main strategy choice and the function strategy in the company. So, it becomes the strategy system of Jingxing Beer Group Corporation.About the strategy implement, the paper suggests that it should establish the suitable strategy management system and strength the controlling of the strategy in the company.
