As the result of industrial development and corporate competition, M&A is an effective way of resource allocation. There is an instinctive request for culture integration to M&A enterprises in the view of corporate culture. Culture integration not only influence the performance of M&A, but also can help the M&A enterprises get scarce culture resources to maintain its sustainable competitive advantages.M&A in our country have developed greatly in recent years. But compared with this, it is not satisfied with the current situations of culture integration, which reflects in the following aspects: lacking of clear objective, paying no attention to culture integration, having no rules to depend on, selecting only one integration model and obstructing the communication channels etc. These problems influenced the performance of M&A badly.Culture integration is a very complicated task. In the course of it, there are some obstacles such as born obstacle decided by characteristics of corporate culture itself, realistic ones decided by culture conflict, mental ones decided by workers' minds and systematical ones brought by system transformation of our state-owned enterprises.In the course of our M&A enterprises' culture integration, we should generalize the successful experiences of foreign enterprises. At the same time, we should start from the objective reality to create culture integration models full of Chinese characteristics.
