"Culture is like a basket into which everything can be put."This is an existing mistaken area in China's present corporate culture construction.How to make corporate culture construction become practical?To increase the corporate internal condensation and improve the corporate competitive power is the primary question that many present corporations are eager to resolve.Through the use of corporate culture theoris and methods,Based on the practical investigation and rearch on culture construction of Qing Dao COSCO Da Ya transportation Co.Ltd.(Hereforth referred as Qing Dao Da Ya),The study makes a systematic analysis and highly summarizes of the corporate culture content and features of Qing Dao Da Ya and sorts out the gist of Qing Dao Da Ya's cultural feature as Team Feature,Moral management,Intact Treatment Conception of staff and conception groups of corporate culture.Based on these foundations ,the study raises some problems that-should be paid attention to in corporate culture constructionQing Dao Da Ya is a modern joint venture that was transferred from a loss-running state-owned enterprise.From the foundation,the corporation emphasizes the fostering of corporate culture .Within only four to five years,it forms its corporate culture with its own characteristics which becomes a effective way to enhance internal condensation and improve external competitive power.The establishment of corporate governance makes gurantee for system construction in Qing Dao Da Ya's corporate culture construction.Personality charm and leader trait of entrepreneur become alive idol of Qing Dao Da Ya's corporate culture.The recognized basis of corporate spirit as making concertedefforts and sacrificing for the whole are as follows:the honesty in carrying out official duties of the learders;open,fair and square assessment systems ;encouraging employment system etc.Team construction is the core of Qing Dao Da Ya's culture construction.The multiple-functioned team of Qing Dao Da Ya makes contributions to the improvement of service quality ,the enhancement of internal unification and the participation of the staff.The moral management of Qing Dao Da Ya reflects in the attitudes to both the staff and the customers.In regards to the staff, Qing Dao Da Ya carries out a stable employment system and it never fires its staff easily and alleviate social burden .In regards to the customers ,Qing Dao Da Ya achieve favorable social reputation through honesty and trust.Qing Dao Da Ya's intact treatments of its staff includes high pay and liberal benefits, good working enviroment, complete training system and vast developing space for its staff.Through research on "intact treatment conception of staff .it certifies the correctness of Chinese scholars' proposition based on A.Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory :the primary need of the staff in China's enterprises is economic need.The innovative market conception ,modern management conception , "no complaints" and "zero-error" service conception and talents fostering conception make rich connotation into Qing Dao Da Ya's corporate culture .Qing Dao Da Ya's corporate cultural model has the characteristic of conformity of domestic and abroad .It unifies the features of China .USA and Japan. It has both the rigid system as in USA's corporate culture and equal.trustful features as in family-typed corporate culture in Japan.It can also be seen that the prerequisite to absorb the essence of externalculture is to combine its practical situation and national condition .It fully reflects self-management and human being based management mode.The author concludes that the feature of Qing Dao Da Ya's corporate culture is its full surmounting of traditional reasonable management model and discarding the dross dialectically .On one hand ,it bases on systems and reasons ,and does not excludes rigid factors absolutely; on the other hand ,it emphasizes the use of humanity factors as culture and value to command the reasonable factors as material and systems and also...
