Study On Designing The Corporate Culture Of Xi'an PERI Technology Development Limited Corporation

Corporation Culture, as a special culture phenomenon, involves abundant connotations. In definite social economic conditions and during the course of goods producing and technology developing, Corporation Culture will be formed, which is special and suit for the special corporate and is composed of culture conceptions, culture forms and activities patterns. Corresponding institution and organization must also be set up. So, it may show the value standard, management philosophy and activity standard of the corporation and its staff. It may also show the common belief and cohesive force in the corporation. Thus, corporation culture is the basis of the corporation. For private managing high technologic corporate, it must set up its own culture that is useful to its own development, then it can cast off the conventional family management form and make the corporate lager and stronger.Taking account of the actual demand of the corporation culture in Xi'an Peri Technology Development Limited Corporation, and using the inner optimized control theory of the corporation culture, this paper set up the goal of the corporation culture. Then, using Investigation Table Method, Observing Method, Questionnaire Method, Conversazione Method and Statistics Method, and basing on thorough investigate the fact of Peri, this difference has been foundout and some effective measurement have been brought about too.The current corporate culture of Peri is so weakness that it needs a method that can be simulated during the fast development course. Therefore, this paper takes it as the main goal of corporation culture to establish a definite value system, and then sets up a series of uniform and common value point, belief and hope to guide staff to follow themselves. These results have some practical value. The research route and method can be referenced by some private managing corporation to set up their own corporation culture.
