On The Prophylaxis And Treatment Of Family Violence

Fanily violence is a global public hazard and also a serious social problem in our country. Recently, China has made great efforts to curb it. For example, "family violence" was brought into marriage law, many measures were taken in judicial practice and how to prevent and curb family violence is having inquired into by academic circle, etc. Because of feudal culture's accumulation and waiting, legislations' defects and relax justice, family violence hasn' t been curbed promptly and effectively. On the contrary, it is being more obvious increasingly with the development of society. The weak family members' (esp. women's) lawful rights are infringed severely. And this phenomenon restricts the process of rule of law in our country.This article holds the idea that comprehensive prophylaxis and treatment is essential to not only defending family violence' s victims' lawful rights but also accelerating the process of rule of law.
